Prior to the involvement but after the summary judgment and trial resulted in a complete loss to the client, Jordi Martínez-Cid presented an appeal to the Third District Court of Appeal which completely reversed those negative rulings.

ordi Martínez-Cid will serve as a member of the the planning committee for the Southern District of Florida alongside Bankruptcy Judge Peter D. Russin and Magistrate Judge Shaniek Maynard in the hopes of increasing diversity on the bench.
