Alberto P. Cosio is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and high-stakes tort litigation.

He represents public companies, private companies, and individuals in matters involving garnishments, partnership disputes, breach of contract, fraud, corporate malfeasance, and fiduciary matters. Alberto has handled litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Before joining Martínez-Cid Law, he was a judicial clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Earlier in his career, he worked for a boutique firm specializing in corporate and real estate law, mainly serving Latin American and European clients.
