Daniela Prizont-Cado brings more than a decade of experience in the news media industry to Martínez-Cid Law, as the media & community affairs lead. After an Emmy award-winning career, she now directs the firm’s marketing and communications initiatives, enhancing brand presence, managing media relations, expanding business development and referral networks, and advancing community initiatives.
Her passion for storytelling began at the age of six, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact across diverse communities nationwide.
Daniela attended the University of Florida where she proudly graduated with a double-major in journalism and Spanish, along with a graduate certificate in Global Strategic Communication in 2017.
Previously, she has worked at NBC 5 and Telemundo Chicago, NBC 6 Miami and Telemundo 51, Telemundo Network, CBS 58, the New York Times Editing Center, among other news outlets.
Drawing on her extensive experience reporting on high-profile criminal and civil cases in courtrooms nationwide, Daniela brings a dynamic and highly transferable skill set to her role as media and community affairs lead.
She is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
