Andy Hernández is a commercial litigation attorney with extensive experience representing institutional clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Andy’s clients have included major domestic corporations, broadcast networks, international conglomerates, and high-net-worth individuals. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitral tribunals.
Before joining Martínez-Cid Law, Andy was an associate at a premier litigation boutique firm in Miami, Florida. He also served as the first law clerk to the Honorable Aileen M. Cannon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

- Secured a $6.88 million federal judgment on behalf of a multinational agricultural conglomerate and obtained a writ of bodily attachment against the respondent’s president for willful noncompliance with court orders.
- Represented a Fortune 100 company in a high-stakes internal investigation involving senior corporate leadership, providing strategic counsel on compliance, regulatory exposure, and governance risk.
- Secured dismissal with prejudice of a multimillion-dollar putative securities class action brought against a Fortune 200 energy company and several corporate officials.
