Jordi C. Martínez-Cid
Jordi is a graduate of the top law school, a former federal law clerk, a former attorney at one of the largest firms in the country, a former partner at one of Miami’s premier litigation boutiques, and has in-house experience. He views disputes from a holistic perspective and applies that variety of experience to help his clients achieve their goals. He regularly represents both corporate and individual clients in complex commercial matters, defense- and plaintiff-side trial work, international issues, financial services litigation, real estate litigation, fraud-related cases, extradition cases, and cases seeking post-conviction relief.
Terry A.C. Gray
Terry is a former President of the Student Council at the University of Virginia, a former member of the Stanford University Law School law review, and a former federal law clerk. He has extensive experience litigating complex cases in subject areas such as commercial litigation, trusts and estates, guardianship, exploitation of the elderly, securities litigation, partnership disputes, trade secrets and non-competes, labor disputes and defamation. He prides himself on keeping the client’s objectives in mind and on crafting inventive strategies to achieve those goals.
Aaron Voloj Dessauer
Aaron was the youngest graduate of the German university system since at least reunification. Yale Law-educated, an expert in U.S. Constitutional Law and the Law of Technology, Aaron is both a litigator and the inaugural Executive Director of Florida State University College of Law’s Institute of Law, Technology, & Innovation.
Andy Hernández De La Osa
Andy, born in Guantánamo Bay, is a former Southern District of Florida law clerk. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts as well as arbitral tribunals. He has experience drafting dispositive motions, briefs, and pleadings.
Whitley Mann
Whitley is a proud University of Michigan Law School alum and first-generation college graduate whose family has lived in Florida for more than 150 years. Whitley has represented large public companies, non-profit organizations, and individuals in state and federal courts. She has experience with a wide range of business disputes and tort actions. Outside of the office, Whitley enjoys serving as Leadership Council on Legal Diversity mentor for current law students.
